Manchester, NH – New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority will host its sixth annual Home Buyer Fair on Saturday, April 5, at the Radisson Hotel Manchester – Center of New Hampshire, 700 Elm St., Manchester, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The public is welcome and admission is free.
Home Buyer Fair attendees can take advantage of a number of free home buyer seminars on various topics that will be held throughout the day. The seminars will address home inspections, different types of mortgages available in today’s market, how to look for a home, how to establish good credit, and more. Individuals wishing to register for a seminar may do so the day of the event.
The Home Buyer Fair also will feature 30 exhibitors including lenders, real estate companies, non-profit housing agencies, title companies, and state and federal agencies. There will even be a raffle held for door prizes.

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority is a non-profit, public benefit corporation established by the State Legislature.
