White Paper – Delinquency, Foreclosures and Subprime Lending In NH

-

The crisis in the subprime mortgage industry affecting the rest of the United States is being felt in New Hampshire as well. In an effort to determine the true impact of subprime lending on the rising rate of foreclosures in the state, New Hampshire Housing developed a “white paper” to be released on December 10, 2007. The white paper, “Mortgage Delinquency, Foreclosures, and Subprime Lending in New Hampshire. How Big is the Problem?”, analyzes the problem – including the background to the current market situation, how big the subprime market share is in the state – and determines what the effect is and may be in the near future on the real estate market in New Hampshire.
