Kuster Applauds House Passage of Bipartisan Shaheen-Portman Energy Efficiency Legislation

Today, Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02) applauded last night’s House passage of common sense, bipartisan energy efficiency legislation that was first introduced in the Senate by Senators Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) and Rob Portman (R-OH). Kuster has long been a supporter and cosponsor of the House version of the Shaheen-Portman legislation. The Energy Efficiency Improvement Act, which passed the House last night, includes important provisions which will improve energy efficiency standards, reduce emissions, and could spur job creation across the country.
