Westmill Senior Housing, which is sponsored by Southwestern Community Services (SCS), received a commitment of federal HOME funds and Low Income Housing Tax Credits through New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority. Nickless, Jr. Housing for the Elderly, which is sponsored by 17 Glenwood Ave, LLC and the Rochester Housing Authority, received over $500,000 in federal HOME funding plus Low Income Housing Tax Credits through New Hampshire Housing. Arthur H. Nickless, Jr., who was highly involved in the local community and served on the Rochester Housing Authority Commission for more than 20 years, passed away last December after battling cancer, and the project is named in his honor
