New Hampshire Housing Honors Top Ten Participating Real Estate Offices

Bedford, NH – March 13, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority recently honored their 2008 top ten participating real estate offices with a luncheon and special awards ceremony. Over the past calendar year these top ten real estate offices helped generate over 268 new loans using New Hampshire Housing’s Single Family Mortgage Program, accounting for approximately $45 million in affordable mortgages to low and moderate income first-time home buyers.

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority is a non-profit, public benefit corporation established by the State Legislature. The Authority operates a number of programs designed to assist low and moderate income persons to obtain housing. Since its inception, New Hampshire Housing has assisted more than 37,000 families purchase their own homes and has been instrumental in financing the creation of more than 14,000 multi-family housing units.
